Director/Property Manager
PAM SAUNDERS
Pam arrived in Gisborne in 2009 from the UK. In this time she has really come to love life on the East Coast.
Before joining the Home Rentals team as Office Manager in 2014 Pam worked in hospitality & residential sales. Both of which have set her in good stead for the role as Property Manager.
Pam has been a Property Manager since 2016 a role in which she is excelling in.
In 2022 Pam was given the opportunity to become joint owner of the business. An opportunity which she has grabbed by both horns!
Pam thinks that the secret to a good Property Manager is to be firm yet fair, have a practical mind and very importantly a good sense of humor.

PHIL WAUCHOP
Phil joined Home Rental Services in 2013 as Property Manager. Coming from a career in Business Management and economic development.
Phil gained a B.Agr Com in economics at Canterbury University.
After 9 years as Property Manager Phil is now joint owner of Home Rental Services.
The years’ experience to date have provided Phil with an excellent appreciation of both property owner requirements and tenant selection and management.

LENA KRISTENSEN
Lena arrived in Gisborne in 2003 from Denmark.
Since arriving in Gisborne she has started a family and is now Mum to two boys.
Lena joined the team at Home Rentals in 2014 as Property Manager. Since then she has been busy building up her portfolio & becoming fully familiar with all aspects of Property Management.
Office Administrator
BROOKE BUNYAN
Brooke joined Home Rentals in 2020 after returning with her family from Perth.
Before starting her family Brooke worked as a flight attendant for Air New Zealand this took her on many adventures.
We feel very fortunate that Brooke decided to return to Gisborne, her place of birth & take on the role of Office Manager.
Brooke is a ray of sunshine welcoming everyone into the office with a smile.
